Assistant Head Coach
Caitlyn comes to us from California State University at Bakersfield, where she graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education & Kinesiology.
Caitlyn played soccer in college and has been working with the girls soccer program at Clark University over the past year. But her clear passion is ice hockey, and she is a big LA Kings fan!
She previously worked at Athletes Advantage Academy in Bakersfield, CA, spending the majority of her time there training goalkeepers for the South Valley Thunder Club Soccer team.
Parents and kids will appreciate Caitlyn’s easily approachable personality, knowledge of strength & conditioning, and her leadership skills. We are quite lucky to have found Caitlyn and to have her as part of our staff.
Richard comes all the way from the University of Central Lancashire in England, where he received a Bacehors Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science.
Richard has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for both the Barrow Raiders and Wigan Warriors Rugby Clubs, with the Warriors competing in England’s top professional division.
He played and coached soccer in college, and has worked stateside for the last two years with Challenger Sports.
Parents and kids will like Richard’s friendly and funloving approach to coaching, and his passion for fitness training as an avid lifter himself.
We are fortunate to have one of the top local sports coaches and youth mentors working with us part-time. Jeff has coached baseball, football, and basketball in Leominster and some surrounding communities for over 30 years. In that time he has positively impacted the lives of thousands of kids, many of whom still fondly remember their time playing for him decades ago. ‘Coach Flowers’ is a legendary name for those who grew up playing sports in this town during the 80’s and 90’s. Most of the week he works as a manager at JobCorps in Ayer, MA, but we are fortunate to have him on our staff for Fridays.
As upbeat and energetic as any coach you’ll ever meet, no one is better than Coach Flowers at making a kid feel great about themselves.
