So why do you need to join our adult fitness classes?
- We’ll give you a COMPLETE workout, from a full warm up to strength training to cardio, all in a single session. As adults you need to move well, stay strong and fit. This class helps you with all three.
- Our workouts are never the same, we’re constantly mixing up our sessions to keep things fresh and interesting for our members.
- And they are challenging sessions, nothing wild or outrageous but I can guarantee you’ll feel like you’ve gotten a workout in when you walk out the door!
- The coaches for each class can help you change certain exercises that may cause pain for your specific situation, so you can stay up with the class without compromising your long-term health
- Whether you’re training in our 6 AM, 9 AM or 8 PM time slots, you’ll find a great group of friendly and fun people to work out with.
Instead of mixing up your class type, from TRX workouts to Kettlebells to whatever comes next, we’ll provide you with a blend of all of that in a single program.
Our job is to make you feel at home, but push you to reach greater levels of fitness every time you come in.
It’s nice to get a great workout, but it is even better to do it regularly with a like-minded community that works together to push each other farther than any of them could do on their own.
