Our comprehensive, movement skill-based warm ups focus on improving how you move, which translates to better speed & agility potential with lower injury risk
The technical drills to fine tune your starting speed, top speed and cutting skills will cut down inefficiencies in your technique to make you play faster with the least amount of time and energy spent.
Our strength and power block adds horsepower to all your physical skills (sprinting, cutting, kicking, throwing, shooting, hitting, jumping). This is the secret weapon of many kids in field sports who are increasingly outperforming their peers.
We retain best what we enjoy, so each skill block finishes with game-based drills to reinforce the skills we cover, and to add a little fun to the sessions.
Sessions will use video analysis and detailed coaching instruction so each participant can see their technique and make changes in real time. This has been the #1 key to our speed class participants seeing rapid success from one session to the next.
