3 Level Coaching System

PN coaching starts by focusing on fundamentals, building back the simple yet critical habits that humans followed for thousands of years.

And you know what? For most people this is all they’ll ever need to look great, feel great, and sustain the healthy weight they’ve been dreaming of forever.

But some people, mainly athletes or very serious fitness participants, may want more.

Once you graduate from developing great habits, you can then move into more advanced nutritional concepts in Level 2. For those who need more intensive muscle building and fat loss, typically athletes needing it for enhanced performance, mastering Level 2 can put you past 99% of your competition.

The Precision Nutrition system actually goes even further, into elite Level 3 programs that are really only suited for Olympic and professional level athletes.

Most of us will never need that, but isn’t it nice to know the information is there for you anyways?

What PN Coaching Is NOT

Precision Nutrition coaching does not ask you to restrict certain foods at Levels 1 and 2.

It isn’t a regimented food plan.

You won’t be counting calories, weighing foods, or keeping detailed records of what you eat at Level 1 and 2.

It also isn’t something where you’ll lose a bunch of weight only to put it all back on three to six months down the road.

What PN Coaching Is

You can expect a focus to be on you and your personal needs.

The reality is there is legitimate variability in how each of us processes food. Body types, ethnicity, food allergies, tastes and many more factors vary widely from one person to the next.

The idea is that we bring to the table advanced nutritional knowledge that is both current and effective.

But you bring to the table advanced knowledge on yourself. After all, who is a better expert on you and your needs?

We’ll work together to find habits that are holding you back right now, and we’ll attack them one by one to make you healthier, more energetic, and confident in knowing you can sustain this progress for the rest of your life.
