If you are looking for help with a productive re-entry into becoming more active and fit, we want to help you!
Power Source now offers a 6-Week Small Group Personal Training Start Up program for adults. The workouts will be geared specifically toward those who need a jumpstart to build their confidence in successfully being more active again.
You'll be training with, at most, 1 or 2 other people who are in the same boat you are. There is real power in having a support group beyond our coaches to lift you up during your journey!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU ENTER OUR FACILITY
Walking into a fitness center can be scary and intimidating, whether you are new to fitness or have dreaded the return for a long time. Our facility is a bit less scary than most, because there is literally nothing else going on during these private class times.
One of the perks of running primarily youth programs is the gym is often empty while kids are in school!
We work hard to keep the gym very clean for our members, so you don't have to worry about entering a dreary, dungeon-like facility. The layout is wide open, allowing us to coach you while well spaced out through the class.
In short, we have the ideal space to help you stay safe and feel comfortable about the atmosphere you are training in.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR COACH
Patrice Harvey has been running our adult fitness programs for the past two years, and will be your coach in this program.
Anyone who has been lucky enough to have been coached by her knows that she is serious about helping people improve their health and wellness.
Plus, she knows where you're coming from.
Patrice started working out with us in a Jumpstart program just like this many years ago. She knows how you'll doubt yourself at times, maybe struggle at times, but she also knows how important it is for you to keep moving forward.
She'll be the kind, accountable coach you need right now.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO SEE IN YOURSELF
It is hard to make the initial leap back into regular exercise, especially the kind that is going to push you a little more than you would on your own.
In time you'll move better, look & feel more athletic, and you'll have more energy.
Everyday activities will become a bit more effortless, and your quality of sleep will improve. With all of this comes confidence in yourself, and a much more enjoyable quality of life.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF THE 6-WEEK PROGRAM
Your workouts will emphasize mobility and strength training, with a small block of cardio to finish.
Mobility and strength drive your ability to perform functional everyday movements, which is why we prioritize these first.
Cardiovascular endurance takes time to build up, so we work on that gradually. Your small group will meet twice per week at set times.
After the first 2 weeks, for those who want to train more often than twice per week, we'll also provide you with 1 month of unlimited access to our group classes as well.
